Setup & Provisioning

In case we host the solution, e-lma will be placed on a server, dedicated to the client.
The server is hosted in Luxembourg by a certified PSF service provider, supervised by the CSSF as regulatory body.
Various tools are used such as: Darktrace, ESIA + AD manager and AD audit

Solution Accessibility

Access via SSL.
There is a firewall; only your declared IPs will be authorized.
Once on the home page, you have a Login + Password, then a PIN code sent by e-MAIL. This PIN is a one-time passcode to log in to e-lma and it expires within 15 minutes.
Alternatively, Single Sign-On (SSO) is available for users with an authorized corporate identity provider (IdP).
